I had my expectations set pretty low for the leather/vinyl repair kit. I had a small tear on the drivers seat of our car that through my own neglect grew larger, and rather than explore reupholstering or getting car seat covers (that never properly fit) I gave this stuff a go.

While it does require patience with adding many thin layers of filler, then dabbing many layers of paint once dry and sanded back, the results are excellent!

In my case the fix is not invisible given the size and complexity of the original damage, but the results are durable and aren't immediately obvious unless you look for it. I wish I used this stuff sooner before I allowed the problem to get worse.

To summarise then, it's great stuff and I would use it again.

Though i didn’t accept my order at last, due to customs extreme charges, i had a very good experience with this company. Their website and ordering process was very user friendly, product was shipped on time and when I needed to contact them to proceed to the return and refund process they answered immediately. I haven’t received my money back yet (I believe due to delivery back delays) but i will update when i do.

Bought the leather repair kit.Excellent product and available tutorials. Only improvement to the pack I would suggest is the inclusion of a small plastic tray on which to pour your colour matched dye solution and from which to sponge up for application. Great service.

The leather repair paint covered the discolouration on my vinyl car seat cover. However the gloss finish of the product was in complete contrast to the finish of the seat, so much so that it proved to be more of an issue than the original dye transfer problem. When I spoke to their customer service team all they could do was recommend yet another product which I needed to purchase, needless to say I didnt purchase any more products. Based on my experience this product is not fit for purpose for vinyl materials

I ordered my furniture colour and sealant for my leather suite arrived promptly. Used it on my suite and what a transformation it has made. Well worth the money brilliant product

I purchased the leather products to rejuvenate my sofa I must these products are excellent and effortless to use. I leather cleaner, leather filler and matching colour dye. My sofa is looking good as new and saved £1000’s on purchasing new sofa suits. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you.

Excellent product for our Natuzzi sofas, they look great. Easy to use & water based so kind to leather. Very pleased with this product. Good quality & pricing.

We have a rather large stain on our leather sofa caused by the oils from my partner's head. We watched the video and followed the instructions. Apart from the edges, nothing turned white or yellow which was an indication that the stain was moving to the surface. We left it 3 days and my partner decided to call the helpline. We were so happy we did. We spoke to an amazing man called Adam. He asked us to email pictures and he'd call back. Less that 5 minutes later we had a call back. Adam offered his instructions and we reapplied the solution. Miraculously and hour later, the stain turned yellow, we vacuumed the area and hey presto! The stain appear to vanish! Brilliant!

I tried to order some stain, for a one off project so I have no desire to join a mailing list, however I could not find away forward without subscribing, this leaves me thinking the company is very dictatorial in it's approach to business. ie NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY

extremely fast delivery, one bottle was leaking, emailed on the Saturday it was delivered, Sunday had a confirmation email to say replacement being sent out. Amazingly this was delivered on the Monday.
Can't fault the service, second two none.
not used the product yet, but looking at the website I think I'll be very happy.

From the first encounter when the representative visited our home to advise how best to refurbish our three piece suite, their driver collecting the furniture and then returning and in between speaking to the office by phone we have received nothing but genuine advice, first class service in an efficient and kindly manner. Our experience has only been massively enhanced when taking delivery of our refurbished furniture - completely exceeding expectations. Looks and feels amazing and the craftsmanship is excellent. Would highly recommend - well worth the money spent we have a new three piece suite !
